This policy covers the RS Managed website. RS Managed is a residential property manager at 4850 Rugby Ave #1, Bethesda, MD 20814. It explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What the site collects
- What you type into a form: your role (owner, tenant or other), the property's area and type, the service you are asking about, a monthly rent figure if you give one, your name, email, phone number and message.
- Standard request logs: like any website, the company that hosts this one (Vercel) records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How it is used
To reply to your request and, if you own a property, to prepare a proposal. Form details are delivered to RS Managed by email through an email delivery service (Resend). They are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no tracking. Your browser keeps one note on your own device recording when the proposal prompt was last shown, so it stays hidden for 14 days. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long it is kept
Form messages stay in RS Managed's email for as long as needed to answer you and, if you become a client, for the business records the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email or call us using the details below.
The client portal
Portal links go to DoorLoop, the service that runs our owner and tenant accounts. This site sends nothing to it; what you enter there is covered by DoorLoop's own privacy policy.
Children
The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. See also our terms of use.
