Terms of use.
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of the RS Managed website. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
Information, not an offer
The site describes how RS Managed works: its services, its fee and its record. It is general information, not an offer. The terms of any management are set out in a signed management agreement, and where the agreement and the site differ, the agreement applies.
Our record figures
Figures such as doors managed, days to fill a vacancy and response times describe our record to date. They are not a promise about any one property.
Local rules are summaries
Area and service pages summarise licensing and landlord rules and link to the official source for each. Rules change, and a summary is not legal advice. Check the linked source, or ask a lawyer, before you rely on one.
Forms and proposals
Sending a form or asking for a proposal does not create a client relationship or commit either side to anything. Please send only details that are accurate and yours to share. How we handle them is set out in our privacy policy.
Other websites
The client portal is run by DoorLoop under its own terms. Links to government and other sites are there for reference; RS Managed does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
Photos and content
Photos on the site are stock images from Unsplash, Wikimedia Commons and Pexels contributors, credited where they appear. They show the region, not properties RS Managed manages. The RS Managed name, logo, text and design belong to RS Managed and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Fair housing
RS Managed follows federal, state and local fair housing laws and does not discriminate against any applicant or tenant on any basis those laws protect.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but as far as the law allows, RS Managed is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
